Arrival and departure: On the day of arrival the rooms are ready from 2 p.m. We request, that the rooms be vacated by 10 a.m. on the day of departure. Check-in should be by 6 p.m. Please inform us by phone in case of late arrival.
No smoking: We are a non-smoking hotel. Smoking is forbidden in all rooms and in all public areas of the hotel. You are welcome to smoke outdoors!
Reservation: Your rooms are considered reserved after you payed a deposit of 30% of the room rate.
Restaurant: During the winter season our restaurant is open just for hotel guests with half board. On Wednesday is our day off, on this day we only offer breakfast.
Method of payment: we prefer payment by cash and collection-only cheque. You can also clear your bill with EC card or credit card (except American Express and Diners).
Room number: Unfortunately we are not always able to promise floor level, location and room number within a certain category.

Up to 30 days before arrival: no cancellation fees, only the deposit will be retained as a cancellation fee.
From 29 to 8 days before arrival: 50% of the booked arrangement
From 7 to 1 day before arrival: 80% of the booked arrangement
On the day of arrival, no-show or early departure: 100% of the booked arrangement
By taking out our travel cancellation insurance, you will avoid being charged any penalties.
